Frontend Engineer.
remote/hybrid, with access to our paphos & athens offices
Are you passionate about building fast, elegant, and reliable web applications? Flexi is looking for an experienced Frontend Engineer to help shape the player-facing and operational experiences across our platform.
About the role.
As a Frontend Engineer at Flexi, you will build modern, responsive interfaces using React and Next.js.
You will work closely with design, product, and backend teams to create experiences that are fast, accessible, maintainable, and built to scale.
We are looking for someone who takes pride in clean architecture, performance, attention to detail, and solving complex frontend challenges.
Key responsibilities.
- Design, develop, and maintain applications using React and Next.js
- Build reliable, scalable, and maintainable frontend systems
- Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and backend engineers
- Deliver responsive, accessible, and user-focused interfaces
- Improve frontend performance and application quality
- Promote strong frontend development practices across the team
- Evaluate new frontend technologies and approaches where they can improve the product
Qualifications.
- Strong experience with React and Next.js
- Good knowledge of TypeScript
- Experience with modern CSS and styling approaches such as Tailwind CSS
- Familiarity with state-management tools such as Redux, Zustand, or similar
- Strong understanding of frontend performance and responsive design
- Experience with Git and modern development workflows
- Strong attention to detail
- A focus on clean, reusable, and maintainable code
