Product Manager.
remote/hybrid, with access to our paphos & athens offices
Are you passionate about building products, understanding customer needs, and turning ideas into scalable solutions? Flexi is looking for a Product Manager to help shape and evolve our B2B iGaming platform.
About the role.
As a Product Manager at Flexi, you will help guide features from idea through implementation and iteration.
You will work closely with customers, engineering, QA, and design to understand problems, define priorities, and turn requirements into clear product solutions.
This role suits someone with a technical mindset who enjoys solving real customer and product challenges rather than simply managing a backlog.
Key responsibilities.
- Help plan and prioritise product features
- Own product initiatives from ideation through launch and iteration
- Understand customer requirements and translate them into scalable solutions
- Work closely with engineering and QA throughout implementation
- Collaborate with design teams to deliver clear and effective product experiences
- Help maintain alignment between customer needs, product priorities, and technical implementation
Qualifications.
- A strong interest in product development, problem solving, and customer value
- 2+ years of product-management experience in technology platforms is considered a plus
- Technical understanding and comfort discussing integrations and architecture with engineering teams is considered a plus
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to take ownership and work across multiple teams
- Good judgement when balancing customer needs, product priorities, and technical constraints
