QA Engineer.

About the role.
Flexi is looking for a proactive QA Engineer with strong hands-on experience in manual and automated testing to help strengthen quality assurance practices across our iGaming platform.
This is not just a testing role. We are looking for someone who can improve processes, introduce structure, drive automation, and help build a modern QA culture inside the company.

Depending on experience and fit, there is an opportunity to take broader ownership of QA processes and grow into a leadership role.
Key responsibilities.
- Take ownership of QA activities across platform features and releases
- Design and improve QA processes, testing strategies, and release workflows
- Create, execute, and maintain structured test cases and testing scenarios
- Identify, report, track, and help troubleshoot bugs effectively
- Drive the introduction and expansion of automated testing practices
- Evaluate and introduce tools, frameworks, and best practices to improve testing efficiency
- Collaborate closely with developers and product managers to ensure high-quality releases
- Contribute to scalable QA standards as the platform and team continue to grow
- Use AI-powered tools to improve QA efficiency and testing coverage
Qualifications.
- 2+ years of experience in QA/testing roles for web applications
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies, testing processes, and release management
- Hands-on experience with automated testing tools and frameworks
- Ability to introduce structure, improve workflows, and drive QA best practices
- Experience balancing manual and automated testing approaches
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of QA initiatives
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Fluency in Greek and English
- Previous experience in the iGaming industry is considered a plus
